one-hour class that explores what dreams tell us and how they relate
to our strengths and talents. We'll discuss the relationship between
dreams and creativity, intelligence and growth. Experiential in format,
participants will be given tools and hands-on experience for working with
their own and each other's dreams and with come away with an awareness of the
connections between dreams, vocation, and personal and professional
growth.

a part of every organization -- and not likely to go away anytime soon.

A one-hour
class introducing a process for answering the pressing career questions we face on a daily basis: Where do I fit? Should I stay or leave? Change careers? Make a lateral move? Relocate? Participants will assess how interests, values and skills combine to forge a positive career direction.
Generations are defined as much by shared experience as by chronology. Events
like the Great Depression, The Vietnam War, The Challenger Explosion and 9/11
can unite a large group of the population and forge a generational identity. What
the research tells us is that there are a set of common attitudes, values and
beliefs that each generation shares based on life experiences, events and
trends. This class will help you integrate
understanding of generational mindsets and foster greater communication and
collaboration in your work and life.

one-hour class that explores how we all work under the influence of our
emotions, perceptions and motivations -- and how this "inner life"
impacts our performance at work. We'll discuss four interconnected
levels of "purpose" and offer ideas for finding and articulating
your own purpose.
This
one-hour class is informed by the question, “What are you here to
achieve?” and shows that spirit manifests at work in how you claim and act
on your purpose. Participants are shown how to identify and articulate purpose
through an understanding of core values and how to live out those values in
your work and career.

for those currently looking for a new job. The agenda is generated by
participants, but topics typically include self-marketing approaches, resume
development, networking, interviewing, salary negotiation and more .... Participants
are encouraged to join the discussion on a regular basis.
